The sole purpose of the Bring It On Cupcake Guild Bank is to help other Guild members. We are a team. Teams help each other.

THE ONE SIMPLE BANK RULE: Everyday that a toon plays, that toon should deposit 1 green item or 1 blue item or 1 consumable item or 1 gold in the gbank for the good of the team.

The Guild Bank (sometimes referred to as the gbank) can be found at any of the regular ig (in-game) banks.

When the Guild Bank was new in the game some years ago, some people may have inadvertently taken advantage of (and unfortunately in some isolated case ninja'd items from the Guild Bank. There have been updates made to the game by Blizzard since then that involve permissions to prevent this from happening. Those have been implemented in our Guild Bank.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING MONEY: Permissions are currently set for all guild members to deposit money. No withdrawals are allowed at this time (with the exception of the rank of the Guild Leader by default setting of the game for repairs and special events). This is so we can collect the gold necessary to help fund the Guild Lotto, additional gbank tabs and some of the fun that occurs on a random/unscheduled basis. Repairs from the guild bank are not allowed at this time (with the exception of those guild members on a Raid Team during a raid event once gbank funds can support it). Repairs should be made from your own pockets. So, in short, if you took yourself out for a spin and broke something, you should pay to fix it. :-)

So, lets get to it! Here is the latest information regarding the Bring It On Cupcake Guild Bank:

1. GUILD BANK RULES:

#1: ALL Guild Bank items are for Bring It On Cupcake Guild toons ONLY.

#2: Guild Bank items are NOT for ANY toons outside the guild (see rule #1 above).

#3: Guild Bank items taken MUST be class and level appropriate for the toon that makes the withdrawal ONLY.

(SPECIAL NOTE: This does not apply to Senior Officers helping other Guild members obtain items. That Senior Officer will announce in Guild chat that he is taking items and giving them to another member before and after they have completed that request as part of our "open books" policy. - SEE "3. VIEWING, DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL PERMISSIONS" BELOW)

#4: "Repair" must ONLY be done from your own pockets. Not from guild funds (Repairs from gbank funds is available to raiders during raid times if the gbank can support it).

#5: Guild Bank items are NOT to be taken just so they can be sold for money (with the exception of stale items by the Guild Leader for the purpose of raising funds for the gbank only).

#6: If you are an ENCHANTER, only take a maximum 3 each of the lowest items to disenchant per day. Once you have the skill upped for yourself, you need to sell the resulting items in the AH and deposit those funds back into the gbank.

#7: ALL guild members (regardless of rank) are required to deposit every day they play one of the following items into the Guild Bank:

1 green item OR 1 blue item OR 1 consumable item OR 1 piece of gold

This is to occur once every day that each toon plays. So...just to be clear...not every multiple time that the same toon logs in for that day. Just once on each of the days that toon plays. If you login that day with 5 different toons, each toon should make a deposit. These items will be helping others in the Guild to level or skill up. That is a good thing for all of us. Helping each other is a requirement of this Guild. :-)

#8: If toons do not make deposits daily but only make withdrawals, they will be demoted to the rank of Private until such time as they convey a commitment to the Guild by making deposits.

#9: Any violation of these rules requires an immediate appearance in guild court (i.e. guild chat) to be judged by current online guild members with final judgment reserved for the majority of online Guild officers present. Appeals may be filed with the Guild Leader.

A PRIVATE is not allowed to withdraw items till we get to know them. Filling out a Guild Application on the guild website is the best way for us to get to know you. However, a PRIVATE can ask the Guild Leader for an item who will obtain an item and igmail/trade it to you if you can justify the need.
